Hey, I'm Carlos Martinez

Mr. Martinez has held positions at leading financial institutions and publicly traded companies such as American Express (AXP), Standard Chartered Bank (STAN.L), Regency Centers (REG), and MasTec Inc. (MTZ).

His financial reporting experience includes comprehensive mastery of GAAP, GAAS, and IFRS, with hands-on leadership in complex mergers and acquisitions, global consolidations, audit processes, and enterprise software implementations.

He has successfully managed portfolios exceeding $3.2 billion in assets, overseeing multi-entity operations in more than 75 countries and handling the complexities of 45 different currencies. His auditing experience includes working with entities such as the Federal Reserve Bank, the Florida Department of Revenue, as well as multiple internal and external auditing agencies.
